NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th May, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1213, in Volume DI, Folio 506/1521, File No. MMXX, by our client, Lilian Wangui Mbuco Strauchmann, formerly known as Lilian Wangui Mbuco, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lilian Wangui Mbuco, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lilian Wangui Mbuco Strauchmann, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lilian Wangui Mbuco Strauchmann only.
