TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E573 OF 2021 By Alphonce Bulinda Shikokoti, of P.O. Box 577-50104, Khayega in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shikokoti Munyu alias Charles Shikokoti Munyu, who died at Museno Sub-location, on 4th August, 1998. CAUSE No. E176 OF 2022 By Majuma Makokha Otsialo, of P.O. Box 2443-50100, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Eshokhunjira Okunyanyi alias Patrick Shokhunjira Kunyani, who died at Shikomari, on 20th May, 1991. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
