TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E77 OF 2022 By Florence Muthoni Ngure, the deceased's co-widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fracia Wangui Kariuki, who died at Mukurweini Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd October, 2008. CAUSE No. E204 OF 2022 By Mercy Njoki Muraguri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edwin Muraguri Mugo, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 28th May, 2021. CAUSE No. E212 OF 2022 By Francis Irungu Nyoike, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wambui Wanyoike alias Esther Wambui Nyoike, who died at Virgin Hospital in Kenya, on 29th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
