TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E338 OF 2021 By (1) Rose Gatabi Ali and (2) Rukua Gakii M'Chengi, both of P.O. Box 517-60200, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali M'Ichengi Kairebi, who died at Mpuri Sub-location, on 13th February, 2001. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
