TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E45 OF 2022 By (1) Samuel Maingi Mutua and (2) Paul Nzyoka Mutua, both of P.O. Box 48-90110, Mbiuni in Kenya, the deceased's nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muasya Nzuma Kithuku alias Muasya Nzuma, who died at Kombe, Mbiuni, on 24th February, 1996. CAUSE No. E46 OF 2022 By Mutua Kitonyi, of P.O. Box 37, Mbiuni in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitonyi Kyaka Kivawa alias Kitonyi Kyaka, who died at Kiwanzani Kwandolo, on 11th May, 2000 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
