TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E6 OF 2022 By Ann Kanini Philip, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Philip Mbiti, who died at Magutu, on 5th November, 2020. CAUSE No. EIO OF 2022 By Scarlete Situma Tamoni, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marco Clemente Tamoni, who died at Diani, on llth August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
