TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. Elll OF 2021 By (1) Patrick Munyao Mulandi and (2) Peter Mullandi Muange, both of P.O. Box 340, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased's brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mulandi Nzivo, who died at St. Mary's Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 2017. CAUSE No. El8 OF 2022 By (1) Juma Mohammed Tumbo and (2) Zuhura Naisenya Iddi, both of P.O. Box 67525-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohammed Tumbo Iddi, who died at Embulbul, on 31st July, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
