TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E91 OF 2022 By Esinasi Idiavo Musare, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Musale alias Joshwa Musale, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 26th October, 2021. CAUSE No. E113 OF 2022 By Matia Vuzigu Lumire, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Lumire Asiru alias Isack Lumire Asilu, who died at Viyalo Sub-location, on 22nd July, 2013. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
