TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2022 By (1) Stephen Limo and (2) Solomon Pkemoi, both of P.O. Box 169, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lonapa Katimu, who died at District Hospital, Kapenguria in Kenya, on 26th March, 2018. CAUSE No. 9 OF 2022 By Bridgid Chepkasan Jacob, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Lopulio, who died at West Pokot County in 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
