TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E33 OF 2021 By Rose Wangui Muthike, of P.O. Box 336-10301, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Muthike Njuki, who died at Embu Children Hospital in Kenya, on 17th August, 2020. CAUSE No. El OF 2022 By Matieta Kori Njeru, of P.O. Box 29, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taracisio Njeru Gacura alias Tarasius Njeru Gachura, who died at Ngiriambu, on 31st August, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
