TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E97 OF 2021 By Mary Waithira, of P.O. Box 70, Wang'uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Wangari Ndungu, who died at Gathigiriri Sub-location. CAUSE No. E56 OF 2022 By Suleiman Maina Njogu, of P.O. Box 109, Wang'uru, the deceased's administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njogu Ruriga, who died at Modesty M. Centre, on 2nd August, 2018. CAUSE No. E57 OF 2022 By Daniel Nzyoki Nzandi, of P.O. Box 33, Kambiti, the deceased's administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzandi Munyao Mutuwa alias Nzandi Munyao Mutua, who died at Karaba Sub-location, on 23rd December, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
