TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE No. E12 OF 2022
By Jane Muthoni James, of P.O. Box 1-60215, Marimanti in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
James Munyua Rwenje, who died at Kamatungu Sub-location, on 17th
November, 1989.
CAUSE No. E13 OF 2022
By Martin Mutwiri Gitura, of P.O. Box 1-60215, Marimanti in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
George Gitura Mugwika, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in
Kenya, on 1st July, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
