TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E151 OF 2021 By Kameti Musyimi Kivondo, of P.O. Box 6365-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyimi Kivondo, who died on 29th March, 2000. CAUSE No. 16 OF 2022 By Mbai Mutunga, of P.O. Box 292, Matuu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutunga Nzioki, who died at Matuu Sub-location, on 21st July, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
