TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E21 OF 2022 By (1) Kimweli Muindi Ngova and (2) Aquillina Kamanthe Mbuvi, both of P.O. Box 1112-00200, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muindi Ngova alias Muindi Ngova Syitalu, who died at Kalongo, on 27th August, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
