TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 210 OF 2021 By Florence Lunyagi Mwaizi, of P.O. Box 260, Maragoli in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Mwaizi Mudogo, who died at Emanda, on 3rd May, 2011. CAUSE No. E80 of 2022 By Eliud Stanley Muyonga Omido, of P.O. Box 210, Vihiga in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Omido alias Jacob Jalenga Omido, who died at Kidinye, on 11th January, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
