TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2022 By (1) Wilfrida Adhiambo Odero and (2) Richard Odero Adero, both of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sylivester Adero Abuor alias Sylvester Adero Abuoro, who died on 7th October, 2010. CAUSE No. E78 OF 2022 By (1) Anne Atieno Opiyo and (2) Jusper Ayadema Opiyo, both of P.O. Box 20-40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mgendi Opiyo, who died on 12th April, 2008. CAUSE No. E79 OF 2022 By Susana Aluoch Dibogo, of P.O. Box 136-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's co-widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jois Rowa Dibogo, who died on 10th September, 2017. CAUSE No. E80 OF 2022 By (1) Paul Nyawade Opiyo and (2) Nicholas Otieno Ogutu, both of P.O. Box 57-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's brother and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ochieng Opiyo, who died on 18th October, 2016. CAUSE No. E82 OF 2022 By Caroline Atieno Nyamiel, of P.O. Box 401, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Nyamiel Okelo alias Lucas Nyamiel Okelo, who died on 6th September, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
