WHEREAS Singawa Limited, of P.O. Box 96375-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0668 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. Mombasa/Block 1/573, situate in 27th May, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE 3235 Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease as provided under section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
