WHEREAS (1) Helena Kithinji and (2) John Kimathi Kithinji, both of P.O. Box 15107-00509, Nairobi, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 12945/51 (Original No. 12945/7/3), situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 108094/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof .is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, 1 intend to proceed with the reca.istruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
