the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act

ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owners of motor vehicle (not registered) chassis number KMJWA37RMEU677666 (Hyundai), to collect the said motor vehicle from Mitchell Cons warehouse within thirty (30) days from the date of publication and upon payment of all outstanding sums and storage charges and other incidental costs incurred by the company until delivery of the vehicle is taken. Notice is further given that motor vehicle shall be sold by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale or part thereof shall be used to defray the outstanding amounts owing, should the owner fail to take delivery within the stipulated period as hereinabove stipulated.
