NOTICE is given :pursuant: to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap.' 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following vehicles; KCD 737A, Toyota Alphad, KBW 401N AV GD. To collect the said motor vehicles within fourteen (21) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with interest costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction, tender or private treaty and:proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any reference to the owners.
