NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th July, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2364, in Volume Dl, Folio 199/3458, File No. MMXX, by our client, Anne Wanjiru Murathimme, of P.O. Box 2549-20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Anne Wanjiru Thuku, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Anne Wanjiru Thuku, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anne Wanjiru Murathimme, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Anne Wanjiru Murathimme only.
