IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) (b) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— 5404 5404 Oliver K. Aganya, John Masaba, to be members of the Board of Directors of Lake Victoria North Water Works Development Agency, established vide Legal Notice No. 28 of 26th April 2019, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 5th July, 2022.
