IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints– Chairperson David Muthoga Members Joseph Gichohi Patrick Nyoike Njehia Winnie Mwai to be members of the Board of Directors of the Tana Water Works Development Agency, established vide Legal Notice No. 28 of 26th April, 2019, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 5th July, 2022.
