IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 1 (a) of the
Schedule to the Valuers Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands and
Physical Planning appoints—
JACINTA KATUNGE MUTUA to be the Chairperson of the Valuers Registration Board, for a period of one (1) year and six (6) months, with effect from the 2nd July, 2022.
