IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 10 (1) (e) of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, 1999, the Cabinet Secretary for Environment and Forestry appoints— Noordin Osman Jama, Rhonest Ntayia (Dr.), to be members of the National Environmental Management Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 6th July, 2022.
