REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Francis Munuve Kasyi and (2) Rose Nthambi Kasyi, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.10, 0.11, 0.26, 0.21 and 8.5 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kitui, registered under title Nos. Matinyani/Kalia/1235, 48, 45, 1205 and Yatta B2/Kwa Vonza/116, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
