REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ntalel Ng’enje Nkurne (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 38.95 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Kaputiei North/83735, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s court at Kajiado in succession cause No. 40 of 2018, has issued a grant in favour of (1) Tuukuo ole Ngenche Seetue and (2) Nakaya ene Ngenche, to be registered as administrators, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ntalel Ng’enje Nkurne (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
