THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ropley Limited, of P.O. Box 69952–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.5 acres or thereabout, situate in South Mombasa Municipality in Kwale District, known as L.R. No. 11396, registered as C.R. 13184/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owners have excecuted a deed of indemnity in favour of the government of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
