THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephen Njugia, of P.O. Box 201, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0704 hectare or thereabouts, situated in the district Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 23/402, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
