GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8172

WHEREAS (1) Joseph Rioba Mokua (deceased) and (2) Jaquelyne Kemuma Kebaya, as Joined tenants in common in equal shares, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land containing 0.014 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi Block 125/416, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1261 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Gail Kerubo Rioba and (2) Byron Omae Rioba, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of LRA 39 in respect of the parcel of land, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said parcel of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 39 in the name of (1) Gail Kerubo Rioba and (2) Byron Omae Rioba, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Joseph Rioba Mokua (deceased) and (2) Jaquelyne Kemuma Kebaya, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
