REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Catherine Wanjiru Kamande, of P.O. Box 30390, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 337/3059, situate in Mavoko Municipality in Machakos District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 83578/1, and whereas the Heritage Insurance Company Kenya limited, has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Catherine Wanjiru Kamande, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 31 of the Land Registration Act No. 3 of 2012, declaring that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 83578/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge Dated the 8th July, 2022.
