REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Festus Mutugi Warui alias Mutugi Warui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Mutira/Kangai/263, containing 5.90 acres or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Magistrate’s Court at Wang’uru, in succession cause No. 22 of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Wambere Festo Mutugi (ID/2911743), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Wambere Festo Mutugi (ID/2911743), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Festus Mutugi Warui alias Mutugi Warui (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
