THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muigai Kuria (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.6405, 0.3203, 0.3203 and 0.3203 hectare or thereabouts, known as Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 1/1660, 1661, 1662 and 1663, respectively, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Naivasha in succession cause No. 337 of 2019, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Edith Waithira Muigai, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deeds to the said Edith Waithira Muigai, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Muigai Kuria (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
