COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above plans were on 21st January, 2022 completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Murang’a County. Copies of the plan have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the county physical planning officer Murang’a, at the Deputy County Commissioner’s Office Murang’a. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the above-mentioned address between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may send such representations or objection in writing to be received by the County Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 52–10200, Murang’a, not later than sixty (60) days from the date of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state the ground on which it is made. Dated 27th June, 2022. J. N.
