NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th September, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3003, in Volume D1, Folio 228/2243, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Appolloh Higgs Omolloh, of P.O. Box 173, Kendu Bay in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Appolloh Higgs Agwenge Omolloh, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Appolloh Higgs Agwenge Omolloh, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Appolloh Higgs Omolloh, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Appolloh Higgs Omolloh only.
