IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) (a) of the Kenya Literature Bureau Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoints— PAUL MUCHIRI ICHARIA to be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Literature Bureau, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 28th July, 2022.
