IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the State Corporations Act and Paragraph 5 (1) (g) of the LAPSSET Corridor Development Authority Order, 2013, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— Washington Makodingo, Loise Waruhiu, to be members of the LAPSSET Corridor Development Authority Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 28th July, 2022.
