THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Oddah Friday Ochomo, of P.O. Box 332, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kakamega, known as Butsotso/Esumeyia/559, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
