THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Benard Ogolla Nyongesa, of P.O. Box 2475, Bungoma in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Bungoma, known as E. Bukusu/S. Kanduyi/15899, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register issued thereof is lost or destroyed, efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
