Box 940– 00900, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Louise Nyaruiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Louise Nyaruiru and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Louise Nyaruiru Mbugua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Louise Nyaruiru Mbugua only.
