IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) (a) of the Kenya Roads Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and Commander-in- Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint— WINFRIDA NGUMI to be the Chairperson of the Board of the Kenya National Highways Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 5th August, 2022.
