APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4(2) of the Rent Restriction Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Public Works and Urban Development appoints— JANICE KAGENDO IKINGI to be the Deputy Chairperson of the Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu, Kakamega, Nyeri, Embu, Garissa and Lamu Rent Restriction Tribunals and revokes the appointment of Beatrice Wambui Mathenge*.
