WHEREAS Michael Njenga Waweru, of P.O. Box 32220, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1870/VI/80, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 226082/1, and whereas it has been established that the parcel of land is registered in favour of (1) Jane Wairimu Mwangi and (2) Samuel Mwangi Njau, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 88987/1, notice is given for surrender of the certificate of title registered as I.R. 226082/1, therefore failure to which it will stand cancelled after the lapse of fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
