REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fatima Zehra Wali Mohamed, is registered as proprietor lessee from Govermnent of Kenya for a term of ninety nine (99) years, from 1st July, 2012, subject to annual rent of peppercorn (if demanded) all that piece of land known as Group V/1392, Kilifi, situate in Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 57401, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period, as provided under section 33(3) of the Land Registration Act No. 3 of 2012.
