REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Onyango Odiwa (ID/5177588), of P.O. Box 48709−00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered as title No. Ruiru/Kiu Block 13/569, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof is lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
