REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipyego Kogo Chepkwony (deceased), of P.O. Box 1429, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, known as Eldoret Municipality/Block 6/284, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in succession cause No. 194 of 1995, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation in favour of Veronicah Jepsuge Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 1429, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title in the name Kogo Chepkwony Holdings Limited, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipyego Kogo Chepkwony (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
