REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elizabeth Jerotich Chalan (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, known as Cheptiret/Kapkoi Block 1 (Kerita)/7, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Eldoret in succession cause No. 175 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation in favour of Josiah Lelei Kibet, of P.O. Box 4900–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense 6098 6098 with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title in the name Josiah Lelei Kibet, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Elizabeth Jerotich Chalan (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
