REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Mokera Chacha (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 2.6 and 2.3 hectares or thereabout, known as Bukira/Buhirimononono/1095 and 1096, respectively, situate in the district of Kuria, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Migori in succession Cause No. 58 of 2022, has issued letters of administration to Joicephine Robi Mokera, and whereas the land title deed issued to Joseph Mokera Chacha (deceased) cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration in the names of Joicephine Robi Mokera, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Mokera Chacha (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
