INQUIRY IN PURSUANCE of the Land Act, 2012, Part VIII and further to Gazette Notice Nos. 11302 of 2018, 3399 of 2020 and 4639 of 2020, the National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) gives notice that inquiries for hearing of claims to compensation for interested parties in the land required for the construction of Dualling of Nairobi Eastern and Northern Bypass Project shall be held on the dates and places as shown: Inquiry 316 Upper Hill Chambers 2nd Ngong Avenue 20th Floor on 8th September, 2022.at 10.00 a.m. Plot No. Registered Owner(s) Approximate Area (Ha.) Nairobi Block 105/8658 0.0207 Nairobi Block 105/8654 0.0332 Nairobi Block 105/8653 0.0544 Nairobi Block 105/8465 0.0206 Every person interested in the affected land is required to deliver to the National Land Commission on or before the day of inquiry, a written claim to compensation, copy of identity card (ID), personal Identification No. (PIN), Land ownership documents and bank account details at the office of the National Land Commission, Ardhi house, 3rd floor, Room 305, 1st Ngong Avenue Nairobi.
