NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th July, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 941, in Volume B-13, Folio 2213/18642, File No. 1637, by our client, Abduljalil Mohamed Omar, of P.O. Box 81402– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abduljalil Muhammad Noor, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abduljalil Muhammad Noor, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abduljalil Mohamed Omar, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abduljalil Mohamed Omar only.
